First Lego League

AIS participated in the regional round of the First Lego League, junior and senior. Grade 4 were there in full voice (LEGO League Explore Challenge) and our senior team, coached by some parents, participated for the first time. The senior team said the presence of grade 4 cheering them on made a big difference.

The senior team came first in the innovation section, but also were chosen as the overall winners! 

They now go to Mo i Rana in December to represent AIS against 35 other teams from Sweden, Norway and Iceland. 

A wonderful achievement so far. A steep hill to climb, but they now give themselves the opportunity to go to the finals in Houston.
